This chutney is one of the healthy and easy side dish for idli and dosa. Kollu (horsegram) is used for weight loss. Adding this to the chutney enhances the taste. Before making this chutney I thought whether to add kollu or not because kollu has bitter taste so it may make the chutney bitter, but i tried this. Amazingly it came out very well there is no bitter taste and tasted superb.
