Instructions
Keep a kadai in the stove and add oil
Add urad dhal red chilli hing and fry till the dhal turns golden brown. Don't burnt it
Once the dhal is fried switch off the flame add coconut.
Once the mixture is cool add it to the mixer jar
Grind it into a smooth paste by addding few drops of water. If you add more water it will be like chutney.
Transfer it to a bowl . Thenga Thogayal is ready to serve
