Vazhaipoo vadai is healthy snacks. The process is same as making paruppu vadai. Usually children dont like eating vazhaipoo when we give it as kari or kootu but giving vazhaipoo in the form of vada makes the children to eat more. Thus our prime objective of giving healthy food to our children is also acheived.
